You will be pleased to note that through the due diligence on part of your Board during the past year, we have made a lot of progress on several items. Below is a summary of what we have accomplished.
- School Bus project completed successfully
- Reduced operations cost by 30k by having the property manager onsite 3-days
- Negotiated aggressive contracts with all vendors
- Managed vendors by ensuring we are getting the service requested
- Transition progress
- Improved Landscaping (filled dents, new trees) and Irrigation
- Surveillance cameras installed, and being monitored
- Lawsuit settlement
- Amendment to by-laws regarding collections
- New structure at Shadyside park requested by board
- Regular communication with home owners through Property Manager
- Updated HOA website
